This contemporary and cozy two level Caribbean villa is ideal for a couple, friends, or small family as it sleeps up to six people with a three-bedroom en-suite bath layout. A small pool and Jacuzzi are on the ground level overlooked by the upper terrace. The open kitchen has glass walls with views of the surrounding area as it opens onto the terrace for outside dining. The living area offers glass walls, providing you view a St. Barth’s harbor activity while relaxing.

You may want to spend most of your time overlooking the busy activities of the scenic harbor with its many yachts as well as the lovely historic Caribbean town. Outfitted with a kitchenette including a griddle and sink, you can dine and later lounge only moving down a few steps to the terrace poolside sofas and lounge chairs.

Off the upper terrace is the living area with its glass windows and doors. Settling in on the sofa, you have access to a flat-screen TV entertainment area that includes HDTV, Dish, and Apple programming, DVD, and sound system. Wi-Fi and phone service are included. There is a ceiling fan that allows you to create your own gentle cooling breeze.

If you are ready for in-house dining, this open kitchen is designed and equipped for whatever you want to whip up. A bar separates the living area from the kitchen. Offered is a state-of-the-art cooking surface with oven and refrigerator. Included is the dishwasher for cleanup. A bevy of small appliances added is a toaster, juicer, espresso machine, coffee maker, blender, and microwave. Wine storage has been planned for, as well as a separate freezer.

Moving on to the upper floor, the first bedroom comes with an en-suite bath which has been designed with all of the amenities one could want for a stylish stay. A light and airy decorated room with a king-size bed facing a flat- screen TV hosting HDTV and Dish programming with a sound system.

The slightly smaller second bedroom sits apart on the lower level to ensure privacy. A king-sized bed awaits with Dish network on a mounted flat screen TV plus a personalized safe for valuables. The connecting bath comes with a rain head shower.

The third cozy bedroom offers a king-size bed with a glass window view. The room comes with Dish TV and WIFI in a wonderfully designed decor focusing on cultural accents. There is access to a private bath.
