Outdoor living is at its best in the glistening private pool, which offers views of the beach and Caribbean Sea. A chef's kitchen, a comfortable living room and private guest rooms encourage rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation. An outdoor dining area, covered by a roof, makes al fresco dining essential. Cooking for two to six is a snap, as a center island makes it easy to chop, dice, and prepare ingredients. The island, conveniently located with picturesque views of the stunning property, is also a fine gathering place for informal meals and appetizers. Doors leading outside give the kitchen an accessible and welcoming feel.

At the end of a busy day, three bedrooms offer places for guests to relax and unwind. The namesake “Mill-bedroom” is actually located inside the historic and charming old mill! Glass doors lead out to the private stone terrace, which offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and postcard-worthy scenes of St. Barts. The king-sized bed, complete with plush pillows, ensures a good night's sleep. While diminutive, a high ceiling and spa-like tiled master bathroom add to this room's originality.  

The second bedroom features three glass doors that open to allow the tropical air to flow through the room. An en-suite bathroom with a double vanity ensures comfort and privacy. The third bedroom, which is equally charming, also has a private bathroom with a double vanity. While its waterfront views are inspiring, the tastefully decorated walls create a pleasant internal space. In total, the three bedrooms accommodate six guests.

Despite feeling miles away from the modern world, the villa does come with free Wi-Fi access. A daily maid service guarantees the villa stays neat and tidy, and guests are welcome to store excess luggage in a safe location.
